Today, July 20, 2009, is the 40th anniversary of man's first landing and walk on the moon. The landing was at
3:17:40 p.m. CDT and the audio and video (out of one of the LM's windows) can be
heard and viewed here which starts 8 minutes and 50 seconds before landing (video starts at 3:08:50 p.m. CDT.) This Boston Globe site has some
great photos from Apollo 11. Even more resources can be found at this
