The recent
Senate Intelligence Report, part of an ongoing, and thus incomplete, release concerning intelligence on Iraq, comes up short, way short, in the
analysis of Stephen F. Hayes, as published in the Weekly Standard.
The report bases part of its findings by actually believing that the captured Saddam Hussein is telling the truth, as, for example, when Saddam says "the United States was not Iraq's enemy."
